FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please reach out to us at help@EZCallRV.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
What are your hours?
Scheduled service is available between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. For emergency service feel free to call or text to (385) 392-7641.
How soon can you get here?
That is a difficult one to answer here. It depends on the other commitments we have scheduled, but we make every effort to be as timely as possible. Generally, we are much quicker than the backlogged dealers and shops. Our whole business model is to get you back in operation ASAP. We carry the most common parts and repair item and the tooling needed to complete the repair during the initial visit. However, if your system uses components that are not mainstream, or it is a major repair item, it may require a follow-up appointment when the necessary parts are obtained. We make it a point to communicate the reality of the situation so you know exactly what your situation requires.
We are leaving tomorrow and something won’t work! What do we do?
We do have emergency hours and rates IF there is a possibility to fit it in. There is such a demand for technicians and services at this time it cannot be guaranteed to meet your schedule, but we will do our best.
What is your service area?
We are located in Spanish Fork, Utah. Our immediate service area includes a 1 ½ hour travel distance from Spanish Fork. We may consider traveling further depending on availability and circumstances.
How much do you charge?
Prices vary based on the time required for the service. This varies by type of RV system, the parts needed, and the time involved to complete the service. See the pricing tab for more details or feel free to call and discuss your particulars.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Sorry no checks or crypto at this time.
What kinds of services do you NOT do?
We are mobile and can only use the tools we can bring with us. That may limit what we can do. We do not work on the drive train including the engine, transmission or the tires. We do not do collision repair and body work. We specialize in the RV systems and onboard equipment.
Do you work on generators?
Yes. We work on and service generators. Just realize that we can not raise the dead… but we have been able to change a few parts and bring a couple back to life when the customer was told there was no hope.
What does “mobile service” mean?
It means that the service technician or inspector travels to the RV without the worry of getting the RV to the shop and waiting for it to be done. This includes your home, business, RV storage site or RV park, and even provide roadside assistance in an emergency. Many of our customers are “just passing through” and need an immediate solution.
I just got the RV. Now what?
The consultation or orientation is the key. We want you to be SAFE and confident about your RV so you can enjoy it to the fullest. We offer our services by the hour. Take as much or as little time as you need to feel confident using the RV systems and equipment. We’ll even meet you at your first camp site (within our service area) and walk you through the set-up process so you don’t miss a thing.
Do you do warranty claims?
Maybe. We do not process warranty claims. We will do your repair and you can get the reimbursement from the warranty provider. It is up to you to make sure that your particular warranty provider allows this scenario.
Do you provide insurance estimates?
No
Can you move my RV?
No. We do not move, haul, transport RVs.
Do you buy or sell RVs?
No. We are not a dealer.
Do you wash or detail RVs?
No. We have used a couple mobile RV detailing services ourselves. There are mobile services and some truck washes will detail RVs so we recommend that you do a web search and read the customer reviews to select one.
